Cancellation policy

INNERDAY Smart Refill subscriptions

Smart Refill is a recurring subscription. By selecting Smart Refill, you agree to repeat deliveries and recurring charges at the price and delivery frequency displayed when you subscribe.

Your payment method is securely maintained by our payment providers and charged automatically for each scheduled order until you cancel.

Minimum commitment

Smart Refill has an initial minimum commitment of three paid orders, including your first order. This means your initial purchase and the next two paid subscription orders count toward the commitment.

The commitment is based on paid orders, rather than simply the passage of three calendar months. Multiple products purchased within a single order count as one order.

Early cancellation

You may cancel before completing the initial three paid orders. A one-time early cancellation fee of US$9.99 applies, except where prohibited by applicable law.

The fee applies once per subscription cancelled during the initial commitment. It does not require you to purchase the remaining subscription orders.

The minimum commitment and early cancellation fee form part of the Smart Refill offer and must be disclosed before you complete your subscription purchase.

After your third paid order

After your third paid order, your subscription continues automatically at its scheduled frequency until you cancel.

There is no new three-order commitment after the initial commitment is completed. You may then cancel without an early cancellation fee.

How to cancel

You can manage and cancel your Smart Refill subscription through your customer subscription portal, accessible through your subscription confirmation or account access links.

To prevent the next scheduled charge, complete your cancellation before that charge is processed. Cancelling stops future subscription orders; it does not automatically cancel an order for which payment has already been processed.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, refund or other consumer rights available to you under applicable law. Where those rights differ from this policy, applicable law takes priority.
